1. We Source & Vet We handle the heavy lifting: sourcing, credentialing, background checks, and screening. You get a "floor-ready" nurse.
2. The "Working Interview" (The Contract) The nurse integrates into your team on a standard contract basis to fill your immediate needs. You evaluate their skills, reliability, and culture fit in real-time.

THE "ZERO BUYOUT" ADVANTAGE

Our Policy: After 520 billable hours (approx. 13 weeks/one standard travel assignment), you may convert a Lacey Healthcare nurse to your internal permanent staff for $0 conversion fees.
