2. The "Working Interview" (The Contract) The nurse integrates into your team on a standard contract basis to fill your immediate needs. You evaluate their skills, reliability, and culture fit in real-time.

3. The Decision

  • Not a fit? The contract ends. No difficult conversations, no unemployment claims, no HR risk.

  • Love them? Hire them.

THE "ZERO BUYOUT" ADVANTAGE

Most agencies charge massive "headhunter fees" (up to $20k) if you want to hire their nurses. We think that’s counterproductive.

Our Policy: After 520 billable hours (approx. 13 weeks/one standard travel assignment), you may convert a Lacey Healthcare nurse to your internal permanent staff for $0 conversion fees.
